Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a health questionnaire to complete before your visit. This gives Zoe an opportunity to understand your main concerns and wider health before you meet.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"detail-section\">\n<h2>Your Initial Consultation<\/h2>\n<p>Your first appointment begins with a conversation about what has brought you for treatment. Your health, current concerns and any relevant information from your questionnaire will be discussed, giving you the opportunity to explain what matters most to you.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"detail-section\">\n<h2>Your Assessment<\/h2>\n<p>Your assessment helps build a fuller picture of your health and informs your treatment. Depending on what is relevant, this may include traditional Chinese medicine assessment methods such as pulse and tongue examination, together with examination of the area or channels concerned.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"detail-section\">\n<h2>Your Treatment<\/h2>\n<p>Your treatment is individually planned according to the findings of your consultation and assessment. Acupuncture forms the core of treatment and may be combined, where appropriate, with moxibustion, cupping, Gua Sha, heat therapy or lifestyle and dietary advice.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"detail-section\">\n<h2>After Your Treatment<\/h2>\n<p>After treatment, you will have an opportunity to discuss how you feel and anything you may need to consider before your next appointment. Any appropriate advice will be explained to you before you leave.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"detail-section\">\n<h2>Follow-up Appointments<\/h2>\n<p>Follow-up appointments allow treatment to respond to how things are changing. We will briefly review how you have been since your previous visit before deciding what is appropriate for that session.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"detail-section\">\n<h2>Reviewing Your Progress<\/h2>\n<p>Your progress is reviewed over time rather than assumed.
